Coeurs Fondants

The fondant recipe… a wedding.
To reconcile warmness and snow,
Don’t make light of the reading,

Too cold or too warm room,
will spoil and hurt the dough,
Subtle balance, fragile bloom.

As the slight flame of candles,
that the wind threatens to blow
Be careful with your keenness.

As well, the heart of a woman,
Confined within waxed ice floe,
is a snowflake in the hand of a man.
